Upgrading and Getting Hosting Packs
You must start with the first pack, and move up one by one.
When Upgrading packs, you must be using either 80% of your space or 80% of your bandwidth.

If this doesn't suit you, you can alternatively request any pack you wish, However if you do not use enough space and bandwidth - more than 80% of how much you would get on the previous pack, you will be moved down.
Points will not be refunded.

Accounts which moved up pack by pack, and no longer use enough resources will be moved down.
Points will be refunded.
